Meet the Baker

Hi I'm Lizzy and I started baking over 10 years ago for family and friends. Seeing how happy my creations made them inspired me to want to learn more. Several classes, self learning and years of practise later and here I am running my own cake business from my specially adapted home kitchen. I have worked in the food industry since leaving school and have been a manager of several retail bakery stores. Maybe one day I will have my own Busy Lizzys Cakery shop...... thats the dream.
